The layout includes 3 ½ bedrooms; the master bedroom being a 2-storey, 600 square foot room with vaulted ceiling and views across the pastures and toward Vancouver Island. Three bathrooms, one with a large claw-foot soaker tub, provide ample services for larger groups. The open-concept, fully equipped kitchen with concrete countertops and a state of the art dishwasher is a chef's dream. An island with bar stools encourages communal cooking, and a sit-down dining table is just adjacent to the action. There are 2 separate living rooms, one of which is a games and play area for kids while the other has a woodstove and basic entertainment system. Tucked in the corner is a workspace with a computer and wireless internet. Outside, a large deck wraps from the entrance way around and along the front of the house. Once you sink into the hammock or swinging love seat, you might just be a spectator instead of joining the rest of the gang using the yard for games. An outside playhouse, swing, open fields and frog pond provide hours of entertainment. The fenced garden around the house gives peace of mind for those with young children. Enjoy the rose garden, and help yourselves to any fresh edibles your might find on the property...with exception of the resident sheep!
