Nestled at the bottom of a rocky ridge, this cabin is surrounded by towering trees and looks out onto scenic Sutil Channel and British Columbia’s mountain ranges. Bird Watchers will appreciate the diversity of species seen and heard from the deck with both forest dwellers and ocean birds!
The cabin is an open-concept living space with a Queen bed, woodstove, kitchen and dining table. The bathroom is separate with sink, toilet, bathtub with showerhead and hot water. Cooking facilities include a 4-burner range, toaster oven, microwave, BBQ and a small bar refrigerator.
Outdoor living space is well-organized with a deck, hammock, lovely gardens, and some grassy areas. Just across the private laneway is another sitting area with driftwood furniture next to the cobblestone beach.
Located near the end of a short, gravel road, the cabin faces east for spectacular sunrises and views of the ocean. The lush greenery of the backyard ridge provides afternoon shade, but the cabin receives full morning sun...perfect for coffee on the deck. Sit back and soak up the seaside atmosphere and coastal vistas. You may even catch sightings of a variety of whales, dolphins or porpoises.
This is a Paddler’s Paradise! Excellent waterfront storage is located out front on the grassy lawn for kayaks or canoes. There is safe shoreline paddling for recreational paddlers and island-hopping expeditions for the more adventurous. Snorkelling and beachcombing are excellent right out front of the cabin.
