l to meet linen and cleaning standards as described on cleaning checklist
l to provide phone line and utilities, cleaning supplies, hot tub maintenance, propane, firewood


What are we (QIVR) responsible for?

l to visit your property so we can discuss it knowledgeably with clients
l to provide advice and information for preparing property for vacation rental
l to provide quality website promotion
l to provide other advertising that reaches prospective visitors
l to handle all guest enquiries, reservations, and agreements
l to handle all financial transactions (collecting and dispersing security deposits, rent, credit card transactions, taxes, and fees)
l to handle all arrangements with guests
l to provide you with monthly statements detailing all transactions
l to organize and co-ordinate extra services if requested / required (eg. cleaners, grounds keepers and property maintenance on a contract basis).
